Effective 11/06/2026. These terms apply to franciscurtains.com, operated by Jesse Francis LLC under the Francis Curtains brand. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.

Shopping and product details

Please provide accurate contact and address details and use the store lawfully. Product prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and tax, if any, are shown during checkout. A panel is one curtain unless a listing explicitly states that the package is a pair. Room photographs may show more fabric or accessories than the package includes.

We aim to describe sizes, colors and fabrics carefully. Display settings and lighting can change how a color looks, and measured textile dimensions can vary slightly. Confirm the listed size, hanging style and package count before ordering.

Orders and corrections

An order acknowledgment records receipt of your request. If an item cannot be supplied or a material price or listing error affects your order, we will contact you about the correction or cancellation and refund any amount collected for a canceled item. We may decline orders involving fraud, unlawful activity or delivery outside our service area.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. Once processing or dispatch has progressed, a change may no longer be possible; our return policy still applies.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains the contiguous 48-state delivery area, 1–3 business days of processing and 3–7 days in transit. Standard shipping is $6.99 below $59, and free at $59 or more. Our Refund Policy describes the 30-day return window and refund process. The Privacy Policy explains information use.

Website use and responsibility

Website text, branding and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not copy them for commercial use without permission, interfere with the store or attempt unauthorized access.

We are responsible for the obligations imposed on us by applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from misuse of the site or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and the laws of Alaska, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Changes apply prospectively when published and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
