Shipping, clearly outlined

We deliver to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Our current delivery area excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military destinations. Our business address in Anchorage does not expand this delivery area.

Two parts to the delivery window

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Once the parcel is dispatched, allow 3–7 days in transit. Processing and transit are separate periods; weekends and holidays may affect dispatch.

A simple shipping rate

Standard shipping costs $6.99 for merchandise totals below $59. Orders totaling $59 or more in merchandise qualify for free standard shipping. The threshold is calculated after any applicable discounts and before tax.

Following your parcel

When tracking is available, we include it in your dispatch notification. A carrier scan can take a little time to appear. Weather, carrier disruption and an incomplete address can delay delivery; dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival appointments.
