How do I choose the width and length?

Measure the curtain rod or track width and the distance from the hanging point to your desired hem. Listing dimensions are flat fabric dimensions, generally width first and length second. For gathered curtains, the total fabric width needs to exceed the rod width. See our measuring guide.

Does one order include two curtains?

Only when the product says pair or 2 panels. A single-panel listing contains one curtain, even if the room photo shows two. Pair sizes are stated per panel.

Will the curtain fit my rod?

Look for rod pocket, grommet, tabs, rings or hooks in the selected option. These headings are not interchangeable. When an opening diameter is provided, compare it with your hardware. Contact us if you need a detail the listing does not state.

Will a sheer give me privacy at night?

A sheer softens daylight but can remain see-through, particularly when the room is lit after dark. A denser or lined curtain is a better starting point for privacy. Read Sheer vs. Blackout to compare the roles.

How should I clean the fabric?

Follow the product’s care label. Machine-washing instructions appear only on listings where specified. For embroidery, open weaves and decorative trims, avoid assuming that all curtains can use the same wash cycle. Ask us before washing if the instructions are unclear.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

Delivery covers the contiguous 48 states. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–7 days in transit. Standard shipping is $6.99 below $59; orders of $59 or more receive free standard shipping.

What if the size or style is not right?

Let us know within 30 days after delivery. Keep the item unused and retain its original packaging. Personal-preference returns have customer-paid postage; we cover return postage for quality faults, incorrect items and transit damage.
