Privacy policy

Effective 11/06/2026. Francis Curtains is operated by Jesse Francis LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse franciscurtains.com, contact us or use the store.

Information you provide

We collect the details you enter for an order, an account or a customer-care message. These may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order contents and correspondence. Technical records can include an IP address, browser information and security logs.

Why we use it

Information supports order processing, delivery, returns, account access, customer service, fraud prevention and legal recordkeeping. We share only what is needed with services that help run the website, deliver parcels and communicate with you, or where the law requires disclosure. Those services may handle information under their own privacy obligations.

Cookies on this store

The store uses essential cookies for cart contents, checkout sessions and account sign-in. A cookie named cookie_preference remembers your Accept or Decline choice for up to one year. Essential store functions continue to work whichever choice you make. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies, and neither button enables tracking. You can revisit the choice through Cookie Settings in the footer. Your browser can also clear stored cookies; blocking all cookies can disrupt the cart or account functions.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purpose it serves, including order records needed for accounting and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards help protect it, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send card information through our contact form or email.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity, and some records must be retained for legal reasons. We do not trade customer information for money or provide it to advertising networks for behavioral targeting. We have no marketing mailing list on this site.

The store is intended for general household shopping and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. External links, if used, follow the other site’s policies.
